Well originally from the Uk, now living on the frozen wastes of Saskatchewan, Canada. Snows from November to April, or May if it's feeling particularly nasty. Has been colder than the North Pole a couple of times this year. You can watch your dog run away for days, well if your eyeballs don't freeze over

On the western edge of New Jersey.
From my home town we could see the skyline of Philadelphia PA, kind of cool on a clear day.
Half an hour from the Pineland woods, and an hour from the shore, or PA hills/ mtns.

Northern California. Originated in wine country 90 minutes north of San Francisco. Now located 4 hours north of San Francisco on the west coast. Small (7000) isolated touristy town with logging and fishing/crabbing as main industries. Lots and lots of deep redwoods to ride in, old logging roads for miles and miles.

Auckland, New Zealand. Currently summer, but we tend to get all 4 seasons in a day quite often.

I'm from southern Washington, just north of Portland, OR (and moving back SOON). But I've been in living in SW Illinois for the past 5 years, I'm about 30 minutes outside of St. Louis.
