Since one is perfect, what is your bad habit when it comes to riding/training? What bad habits have you corrected over time?

I'll start. I tend to drop my inside shoulder and to constantly remind myself to keep it back, not down.

I also take off tack after I ride and let my pony haul butt around the (empty) arena, which is probably something I shouldn't do training wise but whatever.

I lose my temper from time to time.
I don't wipe my girth or bridle down after every ride.
I go to my hands as defence sometimes.
    I don't ride enough.

I'm constantly reminding myself about my shoulders. I let my horse pick her gait on the trail too much. I tense up on canter departs. And I'm lazy. :p

My bad habit is that I sit crooked. I once argued with my lifelong friend because I was looking perfectly between the ears.

She took a picture. Sure enough, I sit crooked. I learned that is because my spine is crooked so I sit the horse crooked. Bless my horses, they ALL learned to compensate for my flaw, so the rest of the world can just get over it, lollollol

I overcompensate for the weakness in the left side of my body which throws me off balance at times.

I can't ride with my thumbs "up" due to wrist problems as it makes the problems I have worse.

I look down, I overthink, I get anxious on trail rides...

Oh boy I have a patient horse

I look down and to the inside. My trainer always asks if I am looking for a shoe, then I say back, "Yah, I've been looking for months and still can't find it!"
My right leg draws up, but only if it's on the inside.
I post just enough off my stirrups that my legs move every time I rise.
I've aaaalmost overcome my habit of tipping forward in transitions or when they spook or stumble
I forget to ride every step
    On the ground:
I let my horses walk behind me
Never clean my tack unless it's really dirty or its a show
