okay, I've been fooling around trying to learn how to post a picture. I get the upload thing, but then it tells me picture is too large . What, in very elementary terms, am I doing wrong? I managed to get one to load, but it was upside down, since then, zilch. Help!

Sometimes the originals are bigger than the system can handle/ load, even though they look ok. You may have to edit or be able to adjust the size of its Skew percentage on height & width. If 100% is too big (full screen or off screen) try 25x25% and save that, try loading that version.

Open it in some photo editing program, even Paint will do. Go to scaling/resizing, select percent, and reduce by an appropriate percentage. Be aware that the smaller you make it without changing the resolution, the lower quality the image will be. The uploader should tell you what the max image size is, compare that with what you have and adjust accordingly.
