Back story....our-show team went to workshop on Saturday, I missed it because of illness. I get a work book to do, and have to catch up with the work before the next session. I already know one of the activities, because my coach asked all lesson students to come up with three words to use when the going gets tough, something to snap you out of a ‘state’ and refocus. I have been having great fun with this, havn’t actually settled on anything but my mind went sensible... Maybe RIDE, BREATHE, LAUGH. Wondering if this would count as three? THISISMY FIGHT SONG I think someone else used this JUST KEEP SWIMMING. Then I got random, how about COAL, POTATO, GOAT.... Now i’m wondering what would be your three little words?
