That is interesting on the shipping @mooselady . Hopefully it works well for her! Remi's I can start seeing a difference within a few minutes. I made a poll cap, similar to the BOT head cap, and there were a few times I put it on her and within about 2 minutes she started to drop her head and calm down. She was practically an angel when she had the real Fenwick mask on for her first massage session. I honestly thought she was going to be a total nutcase.

Yay @mooselady!!! Honestly you could sell the mask again for a good price. They are seriously just lovely to have on hand - if you know there’s going to be a stressful event - put it on before hand to make life easier. I really just love it!

One thing I was very surprised about is how well even the L size I ended up with actually fits ok on Remi despite her having a small and delicate head.

It is supposed to fit snuggly, and the fabric has a nice firm stretch so I'm pretty confident it should fit her. I was just surprised that it wasn't big enough on Remi that it was hanging and baggy.

Yay, Stella’s blanket is here....went from New York, via Mexico, back to Canada....I guess I might be able to pop out on Boxing Day to try it on her. No shipping notice for the Fenwick hood yet.

Glad your BOT made it there, please let us know how Miss Mare likes it! From my experience with Fenwick, they don't usually send you tracking, it just randomly shows up:rolleyes:

Well that’s different! Would be nice to know when it actually ships.

I know, but it seems like they usually ship it the same day or next day after the order. So, I'd assume that regular Canadian post would be 10-14 days????
