Here is the chart. If you have any questions, please direct them here, because I found it all very technical. 20170329_131621.jpg

Vet is coming today to do the last of the spring vaccines, a health paper for Quest, and maybe a lameness evaluation, although I am not hopeful. It is POURING rain, and mud everywhere. Not very good conditions. If it stops raining, we may be able to use the road, but the road is not very level, there is an incline and it also slopes to the north.
We will see. At least the vaccines will be done!

Well, Calypso had a complete and total meltdown over her shots today. Fortunately, she only had one, and it is the last for the near future. No lameness eval because the weather refused to cooperate, but what can ya do.
Quest was his usual perky self.

Oh, vet said that in her opinion, putting Calypso on a magnesium suppliment would probably do more good than harm, and suggested a few brands she trusted. She is also going to get the information of a calming suppliment that she remembers using on the track to me, and suggested 'it might be prudent' to use it during weaning.
Calypso was exciting today. It was. . . Interesting.

Her exact words were something like "Usually by six months the mom is ready to kick baby to the curb, and you worry more about how the foal will deal with it. If anything, she has gotten more protective of him."

I am looking into borrowing a buddy for her, any buddy, so she has someone to hang out with that are not the morgans that dislike her. Maybe that will give her something else to pay attention to and she will relax a bit!
