Trainer is coming to look at Charlie tonight. Hoping she likes him enough to buy him!! It would be a much needed stress relief for me right now. I am making some major changes in my life.

Fingers crossed, but I'll still be shocked if she doesn't take him. I'll be sad to see the angel boy go though.

Charlie left for his new home last night. He has a great home with my trainer and is going to go on to be a futurity horse and hopefully a rodeo horse.

Bittersweet but happy that he found a great home! You put a wonderful start on him that I enjoyed watching.

    Thank you!

The trainer actually complimented me on how broke he was and offered to send me their personal colts to start if I ever have a place to do it . It made me feel really good. I feel accomplished, even tho he wasn't supposed to be a "flip horse."

Just out of curiosity, what made you decide to sell him?

I am getting out of a 4yr relationship and trying to get my own place. I needed him sell to get myself debt free and get rid of the expense since he was boarded.

I still have my old mare at my parents if I feel like riding. She will live there for free until she dies. But, honestly, I am just really burnt out on spending all my money on horses!
