well souvie was doing terrifc after 6 days on 6cc of dex we went down to 5cc yesterday tonight he started heaving again. So tonight he had to get a 8cc dose again and will have to get the 8cc for the next couple days before we can start dropping him again. Looks like the lowest we are going to be able to go for awhile is 6cc. Then after our “summer” weather here will have to re-evaluate his condition. He was doing so well too. Luckily I went outside and seen him in his barn having a hard time breathing tonight. I knew right away something wasn’t right when I seen him just standing there head over feed bucket and sides puffed out :( went up to him and seen he was struggling for air again head was bobbing and his nostrils flared and red. So hopefully this additional 3cc dose I gave him kicks in soon to go with the 5cc dose he got at 5pm. It’s 3 hours apart. So cross fingers. :bawling:

As hard as it may be to even think about, you might want to start thinking about it. If you know what I mean. :(

Aw, I'm sorry @Misty H ! It's so hard to see them like that. I hope he starts feeling better soon and you figure out what you need to manage it. :(

The dog and souvie are on the look out of people coming down the road. Got souvie’s tail brushed out and his mane, and got him brushed down. He really needs a bath but just turns around and sweats all over again :-/ Don’t mind the knocked over wood well house Souvie finally dismantled it and now have to haul it out. Big **** head.
