Oh, I love Roman noses! They're so elegant and regal <3. I used to think my guy had a Roman but, over the years, I've come to realize its just a plain ol' saddlebred head (that I love nonetheless). Screenshot_2016-04-14-21-37-13.png

I believe it was someone here that said my guy had a roman nose. I've never noticed that. Do others think he does?

I wouldn't call it pronounced. That is a very slight convex profile, if at all. It is hard to tell with a halter or bridle on.
A very nice head either way.:)

I didn't post for days because I was trying to find the nice picture I have of his profile w/o tack, but couldn't find it and gave up, lol.

    Finally caught a clear one!
Don't think I've noticed that straight area that seems to maybe dip down, too? Hmm.

He has what we call an elk/moose nose here in Germany. It's when only the lower part of thhe head is convex, not the whole profile. And his is very slight.
Still a regal head, even if he looks a bit grumpy...:)

My OTSTB Beaux (Mr Beau Windswept by Tagliabue x Beauty Windswept x Baltic Speed) that is my avatar picture, he has a typical STB head but I love them. I find them very beautiful and intelligent, and love a good Roman nose on a horse.

Ah, if you had a turd of a little buddy nagging you all the time, you'd be peeved looking, too!

Oh, I think I see the resemblance!

Though, many pics I found of them had dished/deformed arabian head types instead. No offense intended to those who like such a profile.

Oddly enough, I do call him moosy some days. ♡ Ugliest moose in all the lands!
