Just right click and save lol It's pretty easy.
No restriction? Okay. I thought there might be something prohibiting a download in these cases.
Onthe other hand: it's facebook, nothing's really private on there.
Good point lol
I've posted the foal pics of my horses on here before and never been reprimanded for sharing pics I didn't take. IMO it's one of those grey areas on the internet. I work in design and am exceedingly sensitive to copyrights but I don't consider it a breech of anything to share a publicly posted photo on a publicly posted forum. Intent matters too--there's a huge difference between saying "hey I think this is my horse as a foal!" and asking for critiques and bashing the horses or people in the pics. YMMV though!
The entire horrible horsemanship ' page depends on stolen photos to exist, and as far as I know, when the rightful owner comes along the page is under obligation to take them down.
But that’s different. That’s photos shown for negative intent. OP isn’t bashing or trying to cause trouble.
We’ve got many threads here that have exsisted for years showing photos that don’t belong to us. Like the colour threads or stallion drool threads or so on and so forth. This is far from the first time someone has posted photos they didn’t take. It’s okay.
Lol, that's my point. If you're under no obligation to take down a photo you stole from a Facebook page that you use exclusively to bash, I don't see how this is somehow worse!
