I rescued a mare a few months back (Lady)
    She's a tobiano...
How would I go about registering her??
I found the forms but how exactly do I fill it out?
    Thanks

:) It sounds like you will be Hardship registering her in the Color Registry.... fill in the color, pattern, sex and height. Don't forget the select a breed type!
Fill in the name you want to register her as...
You put UNKNOWN for the sire and dam...and leave the rest of the pedigree blank. ( I am assuming that you do not know the sire & dam since the horse is a rescue)

Fill in the section for your (owner) information...

For the date of birth you can put unknown for the month and day and then the year that would be approprate for what you think her age is. Also, if you like you can also just put January 1...and then select the year.

    Leave the breeder's certificate blank.

I hope that answers your question...but remember you can also call the PtHA and they will be happy to help you fill out your paperwork....

Remember that the hardship is more $ than the regular registry- be sure to send the right amount.
