My cousins from Australia stock up whenever they are over.
Making maple syrup, tapped from my own trees, and beekeeping are two things on my bucket list.

But, I am not the best at recipes. I sort of just wing it. I see a recipe I like and .
Before you know it, pumpkin and maple cheesecake roll is a maple and blackberry roll, without a lot in common from the original.
'Cause, you know, blackberries are dense, so instead of cream cheese let's do whipped cream and if we do that best stabilize it, and if we do THAT we need a different pudding, I don't want pumpkin, hey, let's make a maple custard instead. . .!

I don’t do a whole lot of cooking these days. Otherwise I’d be interested! I was just on Pinterest. I have some blueberries that I might make into something. Or I just might eat the blueberries.
