She is officially a disgruntled customer lol I pulled hair to send off for a color panel. Come in for dinner and get your hair pulled. You'd think this was the Waffle House lol

UC Davis has her sample so it won't be long now and her papers and transfer were just picked up at the mailbox. I am getting on top stuff lately.

Dolly has been her constant dinner companion since Morgan prefers to stay inside, eat her grain and alfalfa, and then come out.

Help me out, please, what is nd2 again?
And am I reading that right that she is homozygous red (e/e) but heterozygous for agouti, so she could throw bay foals?
I swear I used to be good at this in school...

D is true dun. nd1 is looks like a dun but not a dun nd2 is not dun doesn't look like a dun. At least that's my understanding. Yep. She's a red dun who won't ever throw a black colt.... only bay and chestnut based

Sioux has traded in her baby belly for a grass/hay gut. But then all she does is hang out with the broodmare and eat. I may have to do something about that soon since she's starting to look like a well fed tick.

    Homozygous for Agouti. :)
With a black based sire, the foals will either be chestnut or bay. (Or red dun or bay dun) Never black. :)
