I’m struggling to find a color that would look best on my light bay mare. I want to buy a set of tack that would go well with her color but her being a lighter bay is making it more difficult!! Lol P.S. - anything but navy blue?
I’ve posted a couple pictures of her in the media section titled with my account name and added the tags “tack” and “color suggestions” if you’d like to see what her coat really looks like!

Maroon or burgundy is my suggestion.

Royal blue! My gelding gets super dark in the winter and light bay in the summer, and the colour looks stunning. Plus it is very easy to find tack in the colour 20180416_174800(0).jpg

If she's a light bay, try jewel tones. But turquoise always looks great on bays, especially with their darker points.

I have a dark bay mare and to my absolute chagrin, her best color is orange. I don't like orange and I only bought her an orange blanket because it was on sale and I knew she'd destroy it. It's been an entire winter and there's not even a bit of damage on it and she looks fantastic in the color. Ugh.
