He came home from work the other day. He was fine then.

Now he is dying :bawling: Yes, the man flu has him in its grip.

The kids have both survived having a cold. I have managed so far to avoid being ill. But poor hubby. He had to go back to work today with death hanging over his head.

He did ring me to tell me of a bloke who is in an induced coma in hospital after getting this particular flu.

For some reason I do believe he will come through this dreaded disease

Men. Where would we be without them?

His man flu is the reason I have a headache. For some strange reason when he is dying I don't want to share a bed with him. So I get the lounge. Of course I didn't bother to fold out the bed part of it so cricked my neck enough to give myself a headache

But why is it if he is sick, I get the lounge to prevent me getting it. If I am sick, I get the lounge so he doesn't get sick.

    Something seems to be unbalanced.

I know what you mean, I sleep in the chair when I have it so my coughing doesn't keep him awake.

Next time fold it out, lol. Cricked necks suck.

Have pity on us poor northern hemisphere people who are just waking up and reading this! (before a full cup of coffee)

Put one of those icy/hot muscle patches on your neck. I like the Tiger Balm brand. In fact, I have one on each shoulder at the moment and slept like a baby last night. :)

I've found a few bandages strategically placed over the mouth cure the man flu. Well cure it for you so you can't hear them complain :p
