    Are you trying same breeding next year (but back in Texas)?

    Nope!! I really think his semen quality was the issue and I'm not willing to sink any more money into him.

    I've got a connection to a free breeding to Woody Be Tuff that I may use.. if plan a falls through

    Oh my goodness yes please. I've been following a lovey Woody baby out of a half sister (I think) to my mare. He is STUNNING. If I can get funds together for a breeding to him, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

    Agreed! Fancy as all get out, and cleaning up in the showpen. My mare's nephew (that's a thing, right? haha) is all sorts of nice. I'd be thrilled to have one like that in my barn, and with your mare as the dam?!? :loveflag:

    So sad! They are bringing CC semen to Australia so was tempted to buy a mare there to put in foal and import but with the costs involved for a grade foal and then potentially non viable amen seems far too risky. Shame!
