Has anyone used a magic seat before? how do they work?
It's a big velcro thing. I don't see how that will actually keep a full grown person in the saddle unless it's some sort of velcro that takes 200 pounds of pull to get apart.
Have you seen the seatbelt things they designed for saddles?!
Is this the velcro thing?
There was some video where the horse took a fall around the barrel and this little girl was stuck on the saddle because of the dang velcro! I think it should be banned, it's a huge safety hazard. What if your horse rears and flips over on you? You are stuck, good luck getting away.
I was just curious how they worked. I never see anyone using them. HJ- is that real?!
When I worked for the saddle shop, we discovered that the next best thing to getting 'stuck' in a saddle was a roughout seat and sueded full seat breeches. Youd come out if you wanted or needed to but not exactly easily.
Oh, okay. I am pretty sure the magic seat is velcro that goes on your saddle seat and you wear some type of velcro chaps? Not quite sure, but basically you are stuck to the saddle.
