Klimke-Miller serial numbers?

    Found a dressage saddle, but not sure what the serial numbers mean?

    6502 18 1/2

    anyone know what they mean?

    You can always email the maker and ask them to look it up. That's what I did with my old Passier

    Klimke-Miller's 6502 $1100 16.5 - 18.5, R or W, black or brown. wool stuffed, long billets

    The 6502 is the model number. The saddle came in sizes up to 18.5, so 18 1/2 is the seat size. We kind of concluded that anything with "ART" and a number is regular medium tree width. ART+number+W stamped someplace is a wide tree. We (Crayon and I) thought that perhaps some of the wide trees have just 4 numbers and no ART or W on them.
