    He's still breaking and training. He started Cloud under saddle this spring, taught her to drive last year.

    I just remembered something that is a real LOL. One of the top North American riders had an incredible ride on her (sometimes fairly wild) mare. The mare was 'walking the line between brilliance and insanity' the entire ride. The rider was JUST keeping the mare from brimming over.

    When the rider finished her ride, she rode out of the arena with a huge grin on her face, and let loose with an impressive utterance that would be considered an...obscenity....in polite company. In HER case that meant, 'wow, what a ride!'

    Guess she didn't realize she was on mic. HAHAHAHAHAHA.

    @equinitis thats impressive!
    My horse would break his neck. I bought him in February and he is just learning how to walk in the outside world after spending most of his life in the dressage arena. He enjoys it so much and looks like a child infront of the christmas tree when we go for a trail ride. He doesn't know what a path is for he always wants to go straight through the woods.:D
    By the way saw my first mule a few weeks ago. They are so rare in my area.

    I'm with @.Delete. I LOVE Mechanic. I'm going to own one of his babies in a few years.

    I'd have to say that kind of versatility epitomizes the All Around horse, which is what Quarter Horses should be. Should be able to go out and trail ride them, go push some cows, go to an all day show, let the kids plunk around on them. Not saying if you choose not to do those things that there's anything wrong with it. Just my opinion. :)
