That mare? With being bred and another breeding for next year?
That seems like a steal...
That's what the ad says.
That place owns Rey Dual, so they're able to do that.
What are the color odds for a palomino x gray???
Depends on what’s underneath the gray.
If the grey is chestnut gone grey:
Chestnut going grey
Palomino going grey
It would probably be something like a 25% chance of any of those above.
If bay under the grey (in no particular order)
+ a 50% chance that any of the above would grey
Black under the grey would work out the same as above. Eliminate bay and buckskin if the mare doesn’t carry Agouti. Keep it if she does.
I want the mare!
I mean, why can't that be a simple answer?
Palomino gray . Or purple.
But nooooooo, horses gotta be difficult.
I just tell myself.... it's gonna be gray if a parent is gray lol
The fun of colors working in layers
That works. Because then you won’t be disappointed if/when it comes out a grey.
i HAAATE gray lol It's the only color i refuse to own
All breed lists him as by Felix The Cat. Not sure why his ad says Sophisticated Cat. Never the less.... want! So cute!
That does seem like a pretty good deal! Good thing I don't have 7k to throw at a broodmare right now... Hubby would make me live out with the horses...
So is that a bad thing????
