I'd have to name him Phantom of the Opera, lol.
There's a farm in Oregon that produces some really cute ranch horses. Here is a couple of their filly's:
And a gelding (four year old, sold):
Once I'm ready to buy another horse, I'm very seriously considering buying one from these folks. I want a horse I can take barrel racing, cow sorting, trail riding, and possibly the occasional ranch horse show. I think just about any of these horses (old school ranch horse breeding) would be the perfect fit.
@Peanut Palomino Grabby hands on that first sorrel filly you posted, that is how I like them built!
I know, she's a tank!
Here's one of their three year old geldings:
Although I think that sorrel filly is my favorite. I bet she cleans up good.
I'll take both of them, can we put their body on a HBC daughter x out of a Dual Rey/Peptoboonsmal/One Time Pepto/Etc (any of those would work...) daughter?
Today’s find. Suddenly I’m seeing lots of cutting bred Paints.
She’s adorable! When will you be looking to purchase another horse if you decide not to breed Brandi?
Ha ha, had to zoom in to see the pup in the saddle, lol.
I want a youngin’ to bring along behind her for when she’s ready to start slowing down. Spring is ideally when I’d start looking. If not then, as soon after that as I can afford it.
A foal by the stallion I’d like to breed her to is high on that list.
I don’t know that I’m big enough into showing for them to sell me him though:
His name is Cat in the Hat. And his markings are perfect. If I could have him, I think I’d happily buy him instead of breeding Brandi.
I mean. He’s out of a Highbrow Cat daughter, he’s a Medicine Hat, and his name is Cat In The Hat.... What’s not to love?
Payment plan perhaps??? He would be perfect....
