I see sunshine, the random number generator says it’s above freezing YEAH.

I take two steps outside with a T-shirt on to dump the garbage and find out it’s fake news......holy windchill Batman. No frogs here for a while.

I see fruit trees blooming all over the place and just know they will all be frost bitten as winter is not done with us just yet. There are no bud on the mesquites. I won't move any plants outdoors until the mesquites are leafed out!

I feel sorry for the frogs too since I know they will freeze again. Their bodies can survive it, but it sure makes meals easy for the raccoons.

I keep looking, but no sign of spring here yet. None. I am envious of those who are seeing some hope.....

I see and hear birds, crocus, daffodils and I love beautiful Kentucky springtime. Almost time to plant my peas and get my raised beds going...And to remulch my flower beds. We are off and running !

It was in the fifties here recently, so it definitely on it's way. Trees are budding out, but that's premature, hopefully no hard cold snap till it hits May. That's asking for a lot though-!!
