For this! :-D NOT my horse. Cool new art project I have been messing with. Have 6 frames made, prepped, and ready to go (took a little time to get the corner molds off, kind of stuck to the adhesive). Time-consuming and detailed oriented work, but I am stoked for the outcome. These will be going on my living-room wall.

Couple suggestions from people to sell them. Thoughts?

I will post more progress photos later (-:

Wow, that's a neat idea! I'm not artistic in the slightest....

I could see there definitely being a market for the decor; you could try on here or Craigslist.

I also think they could be worth selling! I'd look into selling on Ebay or Etsy (or both). They have a substantial art/decor market.

How cute! Maybe add a horse shoe to the mix?

I could probably do it with a horseshoe o.o If I can mount a heavy bit I bet I could figure out how to mount that, too ... What a great idea, Freedom!

See if you can get pony shoes, they are smaller and not as heavy...unless you can get aluminum shoes and want full size.

I have successfully mounted a tom thumb bit (I don't use them personally, just an old bit I found laying around at a thrift store), I am using wire and creating a somewhat rustic/eclectic appeal.
I bet horseshoes would be very doable if I use the correct wire.

I can't wait to see what the finished product looks like. I think you could sell those easily either on craigslist, etsy or even on here. I know I would love to buy one and have it hanging in my room.

It's slow going, want to make sure it is strong and secure enough to be weight-bearing. I *hope* to have a completed, or at least close to, one by tonight (-: Need to run out and get a few more supplies.

Only thing with selling them is I would need to make sure to turn a profit with them ... getting the wood, making the frame, etc. is more costly than I expected. Guess I should run a poll and see how much people would be willing to pay.
