I don't know anything about horses, and don't and never have had any.
    So...

Can a teen break a horse?
What do I need to ride?:running:
What is the best breed for a beginner?
What are more obedient males or females?
How old does a horse have to be to be ridden?
What do I need to break a younger colt?
What can I do to make my horse more obedient?
    Hmmm. Anything else?(n)
    Any info is appreciated!:D

yes, teens can train a horse... but NOT inexperienced ones.

please find someone to start taking lessons from and do not buy anything for a while

I used to take lessons. But not anymore...
I will probably start taking them again.
My cousins have horses so I ride them sometimes. I know the basics.

Can a teen break a horse? Probably. Can they do it safely, correctly, and result in a well-trained horse? No.
What do I need to ride?:running: Lessons! Lots and lots of lessons.
What is the best breed for a beginner? Breed is not as important as age, temperament, and training.
What are more obedient males or females? ??????????
How old does a horse have to be to be ridden? At LEAST two full years old, preferably older.
What do I need to break a younger colt? Experience with older horses, a good trainer, and common sense. You do not seem to have any of that currently.
What can I do to make my horse more obedient? Get a trainer. Get lessons of your own.
Hmmm. Anything else?(n) How old are you? You sound incredibly young. You should not buy a young horse.

The capital letter to begin every word is immature and annoying to read. If you want anyone to take you seriously, don't do this.
