Here are the latest minor updates to MyHorseForum.com. Most of these were implemented over the last week. Horse Forum 1.5.13 Released We have recently released Horse Forum 1.5.13 in order to fix several bugs and issues found since the previous release. Some of the changes include: Disable the HTML5 uploader for older versions of Android (< 5, not using Chrome) due to incompatibilities. Prevent the HTML5 uploader from creating a horizontal scrollbar with very small windows. Fix an issue reverting message edits if not all of the edits could be reverted in one batch. Add several new indexes for performance benefits in specific cases. Ensure that several additional types of content are updated correctly when merging users. Capture errors parsing bounced emails and log them for future analysis. Prevent recursive calls to the image proxy by short circuiting to the final image. Limit the number of image proxy records removed at a time to prevent memory errors. Horse Forum Media Gallery 1.1.12 Released We have also released Horse forum Media Gallery 1.1.12 in order to fix several issues discovered since the previous release. Some of the changes include: Disable the HTML5 uploader for older versions of Android (< 5, not using Chrome) due to incompatibilities. Only display links to "Search Media" when the visitor has permission to search / site has search enabled. Re-add the "media_date" index which may have been removed for some users in a previous upgrade. Force "Find New" queries to use the "media_date" index to avoid performance issues especially with larger galleries. Fix an issue which could have left orphaned moderated/deleted media/comments when deleting albums. Ensure new comments are only counted if they are visible on creation. Horse Forum 1.5.12 Released We have recently released Horse Forum 1.5.12 in order to fix several bugs and issues found since the previous release. Notably, we have replaced the Flash-based attachment uploader with an HTML5-based approach. This has increased compatibility with mobile devices and removes Flash as a dependency for multiple file uploads. The Flash-based uploader is now deprecated. While the HTML5 uploader is enabled by default, you can change back to the previous uploader code by disabling the "Use new HTML5 uploader" option. Some of the other changes include: Add a CAPTCHA to account confirmation email resending if you've previously requested a resend recently to limit potential abuse. Limit the number of times you can change your email within a short period of time to limit potential abuse. Insert user change log records when two-step verification is enabled/disabled. Log profile post and profile post comment edits to the moderator log for consistency. Improved PHP 7.1 support with memory limit checks and numeric input handling. Allow autolinking to include links containing "[" characters. Allow the bounce parser to identify several other bounce message patterns. Maintain ICC profiles when using the Imagick image processor only if supported by Imagick. Move the Facebook logo sprite to be served locally as the existing URL no longer functions. Add some padding around the message content element to prevent characters from being cut off in certain specific cases. Horse Forum Media Gallery 1.1.11 Released We have also released Horse Forum Media Gallery 1.1.11 in order to fix several issues discovered since the previous release. Some of the changes include: Changes to support the new HTML5 uploader in Horse Forum 1.5.12. Prevent an attempt to copy an image unless it has actually changed. Better support for transcoding video uploads on macOS. Add a missing index on the horseforumgallery_comment table.
