Burning it down is the only option.

This is the norm. Drives me freaking nuts! Pretty much, if you cross paths with a cop in ON you're getting pulled over for a full inspection and ANYTHING they can ticket you for, you will get. It does not matter how much documentation you have. I was pulled over the last time I hauled. I grabbed the wrong folder before rushing out of the house. I didn't have the ownership for the trailer, but I had EVERYTHING else - the bill of sale, insurance, everything. They gave me a ticket for not having the ownership - I was so ****ed. You've seen the bill of sale - CLEARLY I own the darn thing!

I wish your horse had been less quiet about the entire ordeal. I would imagine if the horse was rocking & rolling & kicking & carrying on in the back, he would have crawled under there..........

Guess what I did yesterday? Went and got X-Rays on the ‘good’ knee.

They actually don’t look bad, so I think I have just torn the meniscus.....next will be an MRI at sometime...

Note to self though...when discussing knees, people get confused if you talk about transplant....REPLACEMENT is what it is, not transplant.....

In Ontario Rhythm? Sorry it's the ON I know, lol. I don't know what ownership papers mean, here we have to have the trailer registered & insured, same document, and of course insurance on the truck, I keep those in the truck and my driver's license in my purse. Otis never moved a muscle in the trailer, and if he did, I would get after him. Today, coming to work, same cop (must be a former transportation inspector) had a straight load trailer pulled over and the horses unloaded and tow vehicle unattached, so I consider myself lucky, looks he pulled them off the road for an unsafe whatever. I guess it's better than an accident, but as far as for forgotten paperwork, they should cut you a break! He did on my cracked windshield but they tend to do that here in the spring, because they sand the roads in the winter with gravel! Very rare to not have a cracked windshield for any length of time!

    ^ Yes Ontario :)

Seems we require different documents. Lol. I don’t own a truck, so I always borrow a truck. When the above happened I was in the BO’s truck heading to see a lameness specialist with my nice quiet gelding. I so wish I had been hauling the anxious neurotic mare. It was like the worse spot to be pulled over and so much traffic....so so so much traffic, which anxious neurotic mare is petrified of it. Lol

Anyways I can’t keep my trailer paperwork in my truck, cause I don’t own one. Hahahaha

Ran across mint, they stated to get some mint plants and bring them in the house. Also had a concoction you sprayed in your window wells, door jams and around baseboards that was made from fresh mint. I've zero idea if it works. I've heard to declutter religiously as they love anything they can get into and hide. Vacuum a lot, around the drapes etc.

I wonder if you've ever taken a look at what is growing around your property nearby..trees etc. I remember seeing a show where they had a constant problem and it had something to do with that. Wouldn't remember what significance it had, but maybe checking outside might be eye opening.

Feel for you, I can't abide spiders, but I got bitten years ago and wound up in the hospital from a toxic one. Yellow sack spider, a really tiny little thing considering how nasty the two bites got. Yeah, two. Apparently they're grouchy spiders and bite when aggravated, or so the profile on them stated. Not my kind of bug.

Going to lay down in a bit, had kind of a bad pain night and trouble sleeping. Took a couple benadryl and going to see if that works as pain meds didn't.
