And he is 17.3 at this point
Sounds like you maybe need him.
I've got 2 competition horses, 3 youngsters and my third competition horse just got vet checked for the season and was demoted to kids horse I dont need another especially a huge greenie like him. But I wouldnt be too upset if we ended up with him
Oh no! You're getting attached! Runnnnnnnn!!!!
He's adorable. I'm glad he's experiencing kindness with you.
It's hard not to get attached to the big goof. The barn owner yanked up his old stall mats and and leveled the stall (again) and laid new mats for him and after about 20 minutes he stood at the gate knocking it with his foot because he was done being turned out. He apparently thinks we dont know how to take care of him. Feeding time he kicks the stall wall right by where his grain was kept, when he is ready to go out he is throwing his halter at me, when he wants in he stands at the gate staring and if i ignore he puts his foot on it . He is still learning to drop his head so I can get the halter on (I'm only 5'2") sometimes he gets excited and puts his head up after I barely get one ear in and thinks he can go out like that.
THAT FACE. How do you turn away THAT FACE
