Would like to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly about Dakota brand saddles.
I had a Dakota training saddle and I loved it for me but it fit very narrow on my qh.
I think they're kind of cheap and junkie. Kind of an entry level mass produced type.
Decent entry level, depends on the model you're looking at
They're fairly nice. Better be for a grand or more!
You can find nicer saddles in the same price range. Dakotas are on the higher end of cheap saddles, but on the lower end of mid-quality saddles. Good enough to work for a lot of people, but bad enough to cause problems for some people.
They are average quality, depending on the one you order. They are not mass produced, each one is semi custom.....
I decided to pass on it I think. I found a much nicer looking circle g work saddle for the same price.
Just be careful which Circle G you get. They've got some pretty horrible quality saddles on their site. Some look decent, some look nasty. What's your price range, and what kind of saddle are you looking for?
