    Hey everyone!
Just last week I took in an 18 year old girl who was originally an auction rescue as a yearling.
She was listed to a good home as an Appendix but further questioning revealed that no one has any idea and it’s just guesswork.
I’d love to hear from experienced horse people what they think she might be but also critique on how she is built.
Thanks in advance, I look forward to learning from everyone!
*she is 15’3, a big broad back, and a rump for days LOL!

Looks pretty much like an Appendix horse.

Thanks guys! I kind of figured the QH was a given with how many people would take one look at her and comment on her “built like a barn” rear hahaha! And many have said she “looks TB-ish” but a close horse friend says she doesn’t see TB at all and maybe Morgan...
I don’t care what she is, I’m happy with a grade haha but always fun to speculate!
No videos at this time, it took a week for her to settle in and relax in the indoor arena and we’ve only been working on liberty stuff.
I’d still love to hear if there are any comments on how she’s put together as I know -nothing- about horse conformation!

You can see the TB in the middle, shoulder to croup.

I see a bit of Standardbred in the head, but that could definitely be the TB too. She's really nice, the exact kind of girl I'd be all over.

Looks probably appendix to me also. Enjoy, she's a beauty. If you want a true critique though, you ought to take a glance at the stickie post on the top of the critique board. Lots of instructions on how and why you photograph the way you do to get an accurate critique.

Noble head on your lovely mare, enjoy. ;)
