I just found some real gems from years ago and had a laugh at myself...so why not have a good old fashioned "Your equitation makes me feel better about mine" or "God I can't believe I rode like that" or "Jeebus I've improved" or "NOW THAT WAS A LONG SPOT" thread?! (Kidding about the first one)

Post your own photos or those of people you know and have permission to post....nobody is perfect and it's funny after the fact..or a few years!

I'll start off with a few...
The terrifying brick jump with less than suave eq. That lower leg doe!

He legitimately refused that fence. And he NEVER refuses so I about went over it without him and then he was like "Oh.. I should maybe go too since you are."

My two worst habits - pointing toes out and not closing my hands - both in the same photo!!

Oh gosh, where do I start? I have some photos of me jumping my poor gelding a few years ago - he was such a good boy that day! I have improved a fair bit since these photos, although I'm still nothing special and I plan to get lessons when my filly is older, because she loves to jump and so I would love to be able to jump with her one day.

On this particular ride, I just couldn't get my elbows in. Or do a normal facial expression. Or do anything particularly well. I stuck to small jumps.

Josh stopped, and my balance was off, so this happened. Then he jumped it anyway.
