Best complete grain for horses with gut problems? Triple crown or Proelite? Any other suggestions?

Purina is fine though everyone here hates it except me. My mare has had Omolene 400 for years (it's mostly beet pulp with vitamins and minerals). We tried to switch her to Senior complete feeds of several different brands, gradually, in 1/4 cup increments, over several WEEKS...she colicked every time. Whatever people here think, it's the only feed she can tolerate. So be it.

People have extremely strong prejudices about feed. It's a very emotional subject. However, the major brands are still all decent choices and some local companies still make decent feeds. The key is which one the horse does best on.
