Sorry if this is kinda innappropriate - but I'm having some... er... problems with Bailey.

He's in with a cute little mare right now... who's been acting a tad permiscuous lately. She's squirting everywhere and backing up to Bailey - who seems both confused and excited.

The wierd thing is, he's getting... well... a hard on (he's a gelding). He trots around after her and politely shares his grain (a big WTF) but hasn't actually tried to mount her or anything.

Do you think he might? He's never seemed studly at all, but I didn't realize geldings were still capable of... getting up and at it either. This mare is a fine boned 14 hands and Bailey is a chunky 16 hands, so he would probably hurt her if he tried. Should I seperate them, at least while she's in heat? Thanks for the advice. :)
(Sorry for the 14 different ways I tried to expain my horse "getting it up")

I don't know, but he has big jowls so he might have been gelded late-ish.
Do you guys think I should seperate them? Is this poor little ****** mare in danger?
