Friend of mine had this...and don't doubt it is real..hopefully some one will know them as we have quite a few California folks here.

But he is no spring chicken either...nice to see them both going good.

Saw this a while back on Facebook. My first horse (an Arab) is now 29 years young and bucks better now than she did as a 2 year old. She's a bit of a grumpy old lady but we love her for it. My older daughter hopped on her bareback just last weekend for a short ride through our woods, and she grumped and tossed her head the whole time and then did her whole snorty arched neck Arab thing when she spotted something "scary" on the path:p

My younger daughter's first horse (also an Arab) was 30+ year old when he finally passed from colic from a strangling lipoma and did a 5 hour trail ride just a few days before leading the pack the whole way.

This is so awesome. My Arabian forever horse I put to sleep last year made it to 29 and I was SOOOOOO hoping he could be like this mare..... :( But, it was not to be.

    She looks AMAZING!!

That's awesome! She looks great, would have never expected her to be that age. The oldest I've ridden was my friends 30+ year old warmblood gelding.. He looks younger every day and is still going w/t/c, trail riding and occasionally popping over a little cross rail or log

Arabs are a much hardier breed than they are given credit for!

    Amazing!
I rode a 24 year old horse. I believe that's the oldest horse I ever rode. My mare now is going on 22 and she is in great shape. I hope she stays like this beautiful gal!
People think my mare is younger than she is...I had people try to buy people her from me.
