Wow, I never realized you responded back to my post on here, lol.

No, the black/chili WB high-neck Orican does not slide back at all. Once in a while, after a slew of rolling it may shift slightly more to one side, but I don't have an issue with it sliding back.
It actually fits him very well. I really like how the Freestyle gusset is placed and the shoulder dart is great for his large shoulders. The full coverage tail flap is also ideal since he stands in any and all weather rather than going into the barn. I have been quite impressed with it thus far. :)

Why yes, ma'am, it is! I got it on clearance through Jeffers last week for only $99 (+ I had a coupon for $5 off, so it was $94 total!) It's an awesome blanket, I love it...and Mendie seems to enjoy it, too. :)

No, no jen here. I own a stallion, but he's a mini. This barn is the only barn in wake county that has let me board my horse! I didn't know of that many co op barn around. I know of mine in holly springs, one in cary/apex on davis, i know they are looking for 2 more boarders, they are cheap. Don't know about the stallion though.

That depends, how much are you looking to spend? Have you tried pepperwood? I board at a co op in holly springs, i can ask my bo if she would be willing, but you would have to pay for fence. She is a dressage trainer herself.

Sorry it took so long to respond! We were away for the last 10+ days. :)

The blanket my mare is wearing is actually a Weatherbeeta Joules t/o sheet. That was the print from the first line they started with the Joules blankets/sheets. I bought it from Jeffers about a month or so ago at a clearance price--$65, I think it was. :)
