Yeah and I'll be filing for divorce soon. I was going to do it. Then he was. But he hasn't. So I will. He was verbally/emotionally abusive and it was escalating to the point in fairly certain it would become physical.

will do looking at others as well, and might go to a auction as well, I just have to hold out until the 28th, it is less then I thought so my budget has dropped from 2,500, to 1,500. Did look at a beautiful green broke reining mare though, a Hollywood dun it granddaughter, but she is out of budget, and needs more training then I can give her, and needs to be shown at the level she is capable of, which isn't with me.

With your fried rice make sure your rice is cold and dry before frying. I use white rice but only cook it so that it has still got a touch of firmness in the middle.

With your beef and brocci dish you could use noodles instead. I would use rice noodles. They only take a minute or 2 to cook, drain then stir into the dish before serving.

Oh interesting! What does having it cold and dry do? I'm horrible at planning ahead so I usually cook the rice and throw it in lol I love brown rice. I can't even definitively tell you why. I just like it better than white.

I've never tried rice noodles! I should! My beef broccoli isn't bad, but I think its sad that I like Panda express better. lol Rice noodles would make a nice switch from "what we always do." Ix loves rice. I love rice. We eat a lot of rice. And pasta. It follows that rice noodles would work with us :p

Cold, dry rice just fries a lot better. Doesn't go gluggy unless you stuff up the frying. You can freeze it. I do. Cook rice, leave in strainer to drain really well, bag it and freeze. You should get rice noodles and some rice paper rolls and make vietnamese spring rolls. Only cooking in them is the noodles. Add a bit of sweet chilli sauce to the cooking water to make them yummier.

Remember the argument I got in about Charlie not liking his ears touched? And how wrong it was to avoid doing it, and it didn't matter that the vet found nothing wrong, but still a horse who had been sold I had to be told by no forcing him I wasn't doing right by him.

Some members feel that there is only one way to be horse owners, you are doing right by your girl.

I got heck of a lot flak for my stance on not hard tying her in a thread I had asking about blocker rings. Got a lot of unasked for advice that was just sucky. No, I'm not going to near kill my horse or myself to try to get her to hard tie. A blocker ring turned out to be fantastic for her.

I rarely ask for advice for this reason. Some horses are odd, and some people need to get over it.
        I wouldn't use two reins either :p
