A lot more can be done with a kind, understanding heart then a cold don't care attitude. When dealing with others please understand that behind every screen name is a real living breathing person and even if you do not agree with them or understand care enough to listen and give helpful advice. If they are doing something you feel is wrong it is best said kindly if you really want them to listen, taring them apart or picking on little things does not help. I think as horse people we need to really support kindness as there is so little in this field mostly. I would rather kindly help both the horse and owner/rider to be happier and a better team then to rip them apart and leave them still with the next question they are now to scared to ask
I got my first horse when i was 3 years old and they have been a part of my life always after that. At the age of nine my horse was lost in a bad deal gone wrong to make a long story short. The need for horses in my life led me to work with others horse's at a very young age of 9 for the simple fact of being around them and learning more about them. through the years i have worked with stables, trained horse, gave riding lessons, basic horse lessons, shown, rescued horses, bred them, owned them, and much more. I do not believe in a horse religion meaning i respect others ways of doing things even if it is different then my own. Just because i do something different does not mean its the only way to do it, it just means that's what has worked for me. I do not like by any means people ripping each other apart over some question or comment we can all learn something new no matter what age or experiences we have. I have trained over 300 horses and the next horse or person can teach me something new. I am a strong believer in that sad fact that others sometimes forget that behind every screen name is a person and a story and this is to always be respected. I also believe that you can help more horses and people if you put your judgment aside and simply help them...
